Emeritus professor, Romanus Egudu has been speaking on the decline of education in Nigeria’s tertiary institutions. He offers a sharp rebuke to the corrupt practices among students, faculty, staff of institutions of higher education. Professor Egudu whose teaching career spanned over half a century tells the story of his life from poverty to exalted positions in academia, media management, and community leadership. Excerpts from the “Legend Series” also captured his experience with scholars from the United States who looked down on his brilliance.
